These olives are then slow ground with stone mortal and pestle to extract the few drops of precious liquid gold inside the beautiful green - purple olive. The oil is finally inserted drop by drop in our quadra marasca bottles where its made available to you to drizze over your asparagus and chicken dinner paired with some balsamic and rice pilaf.
